I got the lap band done in June of 2006 i lost over 90 pounds i went from being 285 pounds to 190 during that course the adjusting portion of the band flipped around while being inside of me and starting pointing out of my skin and was not letting the wound close i called the doctor and he told me that i lost so much fat tissue that it cause that to happen and he told me i had to go by him he took out the adjusting portion and only left the band inside of me now i have the lapband but it is not adjusted i want to adjust this because i feel i am eating more then i use to. Here is where i need some help when i got the lapband done in June of 2006 i did not have insurance of any sort and it was too expensive to get the lap band done in California so i went to Mexico and got it done now i have a full PPO insurance with the line of work that i am in and i want to see a doctor that can take a look at me and possibly help me out on to getting back down to my ideal weight, Please someone can you help me. Thank You, Vick
Cost is always an issue when purchasing instruments. Consider budgeting for a flute, meet that monetary goal and then go shopping for a used professional instrument ... why used? Because pro flute players do trade in instruments for newer/better instruments and because a used instrument will be about 50% - 70% of the cost of a new instrument, and any new instrument you get will be a used instrument the moment you assemble it and toot your first notes.
If you have full insurance coverage you just need to go to any doctor to get you what you need. It doesen't matter when or where you got your lap band. Now you need another one, its simple.
