When done together, they work in harmony to create a situation where flexibility is attained relatively easily.

Yoga acts in a wholesome manner on the various body parts. This stimulation and massage of the organs in turn benefits us by keeping away disease and providing a forewarning at the first possible instance of a likely onset of disease or disorder.

From what I have heard yoga is a very relaxing form of exercise, it relaxes your mind body and soul. You will also vastly improve your mobility greatly. I'm going to try this out one day.

Yoga Therapy could be called a system of health care that helps treat human indispositions as naturally as possible, to lessen pain and suffering through set of exercises, both physical and mental. Ideally, yoga therapy is preventive in nature, as is Yoga itself, while being healing in many instances, soothing in others, and uplifting in most.At present yoga is a good option to live healthy.
