I think diets work for people who have just gained some weight, maybe a few pounds after a vacation or want to loose some weight to get into a wedding dress... or right before summer

.. bikini challenge...
But for people who have a chronic struggle with their weight, it's not about diets, it's about knowing and learning how your body works and changing the way you eat, learning how to enjoy food ... change your life style and have FUN!
I'm 45 years old and been fighting with my weight for years and I’m tired of the yo-yo effect: every new fantastic diet I’d try I would lose a few kilos to then get them back with an extra 2 or 3 more!!!
So I started to study nutrition, how body's work, etc. Now i know enough to understand that miracle diets and pills do not exist. You need to know the facts about how your body works, and how to lose weight in a natural way.
... and the conclusion after so many years... is back to basics and simplicity:
It's all about what you eat and what you exercise and finding the balance!
Now I'm reaching my goals and helping others too. Hey, and it's Easy!
