I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please.

I have good food and do regular work outs which keeps me in shape and fit....

If your really serious get on the correct diet and hit the gym. Go so a dietian and get yourself a good work out routine to bulk up.

Yeah dude i have the same problem but now i have food in time and do regular workouts which makes me now fit and shape,,,,

Hey guys..All of my friend give a good advise to for look a good shape but i told about few step for healthy diet and workout daily...

1.When you wake up, eat breakfast. Doesn't matter what it is, it could be eggs and bacon, cereal..you eat a good breakfast.

2.Then until about the middle of the day, drink nothing but water and lots of it!

3.In the early afternoon, eat a bag lunch, consisting of mainly a sandwich and some fresh fruits or vegetables.

4.After that, try not to sit around on a computer. Do everything you can in your power to walk around and be active.

5.When you're hungry again, eat a healthy snack.

6.In the early evening, get some exercise. It sounds scary, but it can be as simple as walking your dog, walking to the store, cleaning your house really well.

7.At night, you should try your best to sleep, and not to take food with you.

8.If it's after midnight and you can't sleep, use a relaxation tape to not only get in a certain place with your body, but to relax and calm yourself, and you will slip into a sleep.
