Its really very interesting tips to lose our weights... at the same time we have to maintain our weight in stable for that we have to do work outs properly and continuously....

very well written post. i wonder how many of the so called health freaks follow the above mentioned points! these are really important, but the kind of lifestyles we are having, it is surely difficult to follow these!

if you just follow these tips you will definately be one the right track to lose weight. but if you want something that works faster, you will nee much more exercise.

Don't eat as many calories as you expend.
Muscle burns calories just sitting idle, so add muscle.
Crash diets cause loss of muscle as well as fat, making it more difficult to loose fat the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around.

Face it: Exercise and diet are the only ways. Don't blame genetics, bone structure, metabolism, etc. The blame game is an excuse to do what you want to do anyway - EAT.

If you're serious, add muscle, reduce caloric intake. You can spend a fortune on false promises and the only thing that will get slimmer is your wallet.
