you just have to love yourself... im like the exact opposite, ive always been tall & not really skinny, even tho i play 3 varsity sports...
i think the first step for me was just finding one part of myself that i really liked...
once you can start loving even one piece of yourself, loving/accepting the rest is a lot easier.
you dont have to love EVERYTHING about your body, even people who everyone thinks are goregous have things about themselves that they dont like...
if you always think about the negative comments people make or the things you dont like about yourself, try making a list of things about yourself you like... it doenst have to be a lot, start with like 5...
